We are in a climate emergency and our community wants change.

I welcomed yesterday’s Parliamentary debate on the expansion of Edmonton Incinerator and repeated my support for a pause and review.

These plans were approved a long time ago, back when Boris Johnson was Mayor of London.  Technology has moved on.  If this isn’t the greenest, best way of dealing with London’s waste, let’s think about the legacy we leave our children and make changes before it’s too late.
