It has been an honour and a privilege to be your voice in Westminster since 2015.
Labour Members in Hornsey & Wood Green now have the opportunity to decide whether to re-select me as your candidate for the next General Election. With an election possible at any time, I hope you will put your trust in me once again.
Ballot rules permit me to send a two-page document to members and your branch secretary will email you this with details of your selection meeting. A copy can also be downloaded here.
How to cast your vote
Selection meetings will be taking place by zoom in the coming weeks and you should receive the full meeting details from your branch secretary.
Remember to bring your Labour membership card to the meeting as only eligible members will be able to vote. Please note that the freeze date for this selection is 9 November 2021, which means that members will have had to have 6 months’ membership by that date. This means that members will need to have joined the Party on or before 9 May 2021 and be fully paid up in order to participate.
In the meeting eligible members will be able to review the two-page document I have submitted on my record in Parliament, and then confirm whether to re-select me as the Labour candidate.
