Ofcom must open an enforcement investigation into Royal Mail

I’ve written to the Chief Executive of Ofcom to urge the organisation to launch an enforcement investigation into Royal Mail.  I’ve been raising my concerns about the management of Royal Mail for some time now, and I’ve been extremely concerned by the BEIS Select Committee’s findings about the deprioritisation of letters as part of company policy.

It’s vital that any investigation also accepts evidence from dedicated postal workers.
