Today I met virtually with Turkish Trade Unionists and Trade Union representatives here in the UK to discuss some of the challenges they face.

The UK has a duty to stand up for workers rights both here in the UK and abroad and it’s something UK Labour is absolutely committed to doing.  As Shadow Foreign Minister, I’ll continue engaging with international trade unionists and working with them on these important issues.
