I have written to The Secretary of State for Levelling Up, Housing & Communities regarding the recent increases in service charges many constituents across Hornsey and Wood Green have been in touch with me about.

It is time that the Government delivers on its pledge to bring much needed reform to leaseholders in my constituency and across the country.
