Royal Mail have failed to meet their quality-of-service commitments for 12 consecutive quarters, and as local residents will know I’ve been raising concerns about mismanagement for a number of years.  I have written to Ofcom following their decision not to find Royal Mail in breach of their regulatory obligations for 2021/22 and you can read my letter here:
