A number of constituents have got in touch to share their frustration at problems with the W7 bus route over the past few weeks.  I took this up with Transport for London directly and received this response:

“We have been in touch with Metroline to covey these concerns about the reliability of the W7. Metroline have let us know that an unfortunate string of six different sets of road works have repeatedly disrupted the W7’s route causing delays. A number of these have now been completed, or a very near completion, with the final works due for completion at the end of next week. I hope that the W7 will be running as per normal within the next few weeks.”

I do hope residents start to notice an improvement – but get in touch if that isn’t your experience and I would be happy to raise further questions.
